I believe Delbert has two qualities that are essential (and exceedingly rare) in a builder. #1 He knows how to build things - he went to college and studied construction. #2 He is honest. I think both of these are uncommon traits in the building industry and that is why I am leaving this review. Parry Construction may not be the lowest bidder, but my experience indicates you will get what you paid for. We got a really well thought out, well built basement. I would work with him again anytime."
